Carney Hawks
Mr. Hawks was a Founding Partner of Brigade Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar asset management firm, from its inception in 2007 until his retirement from the company in December 2019. At Brigade, Mr. Hawks was the Head of Special Situations, sat on the firm’s Investment Committee and helped oversee many of the Brigade’s largest restructurings.  Prior to Brigade, Mr. Hawks was a Managing Director at Mackay Shields in its High Yield Group.  Since his time with Brigade, Mr. Hawks has focused on roles on the Boards of companies during or following their restructurings.  Beyond his position as Chairman of AppLogic Networks, Mr. Hawks is currently the Chairman of the Board of Cornerstone Chemical Company, Chairman of the Special Committee of the Board at Invacare Holdings Corp. and a Board Director at Gates Air as well as Ferrellgas Partners, LP.  Prior Board positions include Cenveo Worldwide and Extraction Oil and Gas.  Mr. Hawks also serves as Treasurer and a Board member of the Children’s Cardiomyopathy Foundation, is a member of the Board of Trustees and Nansemond-Suffolk Academy and is on the Advisory Board to the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction.

Gavin Patterson has significant international senior leadership experience and has served on boards across public markets including FTSE100, private companies, private equity-owned and AIM-listed. He has worked across multiple sectors including airlines, business services, consumer products, software, technology, telecommunications and third sector.

Gavin is senior advisor to Octopus Energy and chairs Kraken Technologies. He is chair of AIM-listed Elixirr International plc and he is a Board member of the NASDAQ-listed Wix Inc, TPG/APAX-backed Fractal Analytics, HIG Capital-backed Mobileum Inc, EQT/Index Ventures-backed Beamery Inc and Goldman Sachs-backed Malt. He is a Senior Advisor to Blackstone and to Alix Partners and he acts as an advisor to and investor in several software start-ups.

Gavin serves on the Governing Council of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is Chair of British American Business. He has previously served as a trustee of the British Museum and chaired HRH King Charles’ charity Business in the Community.

As President and Chief Revenue Officer of Salesforce, Gavin was responsible for worldwide sales and distribution during a period when sales increased from $19b to $30b.

During his tenure as Chief Executive of BT Group, he completed the UK rollout of the superfast fibre and started the deployment of ultrafast fibre. He also led the £15bn acquisition of EE, launched BT Sport, expanded BT’s cybersecurity practice and championed BT’s social purpose agenda.

Vince completed a decade of transformational leadership at Juniper Networks as Chief Customer Officer in February 2019. He was responsible for driving the strategic and operational elements of the Sales, Marketing, Partners, Services and Support functions at Juniper Networks. He led a global organization of more than 3,500 professionals that included direct and indirect sales, systems engineering, advanced technologies and field operations and profitably grew the business through $5B in 2017.

Prior to joining Juniper, Molinaro held senior leadership positions at a number of technology companies including Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent and Internap Network Services. He has extensive domestic and international experience having lived and managed large organizations throughout Europe and the U.S.

He and his wife, Amy, call Vero Beach, FL home.

Continenza has held leadership roles at Vivial, Inc., a privately held marketing technology and communications company; STi Prepaid, LLC, a telecommunications company; Teligent, Inc., which provides communications services including voice, data, and internet access; Lucent Technologies Product Finance, a global leader in telecom equipment and AT&T.

In addition to his management experience, Mr. Continenza has served on the boards of Cenveo Corporation, Sorenson Communications, Datasite LLC, NII Holdings, Inc., Tembec and Neff Corporation. He also serves or has served on the boards of a number of private companies.
